Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom & Northern Ireland only. If you are in the U.S.A. you can get our products HERE.
How long will my order take to arrive?

My delivery is taking longer than expected, can you help?
Drat! That makes us very unhappy indeed. We aim to deliver all of our superb products to you safely, and in a timely manner. Please email [email protected] with your order number so we can check our system and follow up for you. We will fix this!
Do you ship abroad?
We don’t unfortunately, but we hope to in the future!. However, if you are in the USA, you can get our products directly from HERE (lucky you!)
Do I have to be home when my order is delivered?
Our orders are sent via Amazon. If you are not at home when they deliver they will leave you a card noting where your parcel has been left or instructions on how to rearrange a delivery.
Is delivery free?
FREE next-day delivery (for orders placed before 5pm) is available for orders over £50 and Subscriptions when, and FREE Standard Delivery for orders over £30 and subscription. Standard Delivery (Arrives in 4-5 days) is £2.99 for any orders under £30.
What if my order gets lost?
If this happens, then we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team here. We will investigate the situation and update you as soon as we’re able with information.
Which delivery service do you use?
All of our products are sent via Amazon using their next day delivery service. Please note: orders being delivered to Northern Ireland may take up to 3 working days to be delivered
Will I need to sign for my order?
You will not need to sign for your orders from us!
