We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee or your money back (excluding shipping) on our supplement range. If our supplements don't work for your dog then you get your money back. If you don't love it, you don't pay for it!

To be eligible to claim a refund under our 30 day money back guarantee (excluding shipping) you need to contact us within 30 days of placing your order including:

• Your order number
• The reason for your refund request

Unless faulty, we do not offer refunds on our Storage Tins. This also applies to our Slow Feeder Lick Bowls or Lick Mats and are unable to accept returns on these products due to hygiene reasons. 

Our 30 day money back guarantee only applies to purchases made via our website and does not apply to purchases of our products made via other retailers.
