Discount codes are unique to your account, unless stated otherwise.

'New purchase' voucher codes can be applied to a single new order. If you have redeemed your points for a subscription code by mistake and intended to use it on your next checkout, please contact us and we will credit your points. This will allow you to redeem them again.

Voucher codes cannot be converted from 'subscription' to 'new purchase', or vice versa. If you want to change your selection, the voucher must first be deactivated by a member of our team, and the points credited back to your account. You will be able to redeem the points again and receive a new voucher code to use.
