We get this question a lot — and totally understand why!

While a bigger pack might seem more convenient, keeping our probiotics effective and stable is our top priority. Live cultures are sensitive to air, moisture, and light, so they need to be stored in airtight, protective packaging.

That’s why we use our specially designed pouches as refill packs. They help keep the probiotics active and fresh until your dog is ready to enjoy them — and they’re made to neatly refill your reusable tin, which helps reduce waste too.

So while we don’t offer a larger pack (yet!), we’ve created a system that balances potency, freshness, and sustainability.
